Stick with the Sheriff Departments. Avoid USF. I'm sure you can figure that out for yourself once you read all of the immature posts from the disgruntled employees there.

I agree, a lot of the posts on this site are unprofessional. I'm aware that some of the posts are generated by outsiders, and former employees, but most are from within. It seems that this site has turned into a forum to bash and name call others for their opinions, rather then to exchange ideas and improve the agency's situation. You can tell a lot about the character of an agency's members when you read the content of their posts. I'm sure this post will receive some unsavory replies.
