    what to expect in 2008 pba/city issues cutting fat in budget

    has the union spoken on what we can expect during the property tax crunch. our city has to be experiencing or will have some issues with money correct? this will have some impact on our raises, contracts, etc. what fat is our city going to cut from our budget?
