Statue Question

What statue do you use to write a ticket for running a stop sign on private property I.E. Inside the Walmart/Home Depot and the Publix

I thought you could not write one on private property these stop signs have no DOT sticker on them at all. And they are not stop signs exiting out to a main road.

You're right, you can't write a ticket for running the stop sign, they way I get around that is writing them for careless driving and then putting the comments on the pink copy and then you'll have to articulate it in traffic court if it comes up.

And hopefully you use a valid STATUTE.....not someone's statue.
