    Thank goodness I know you are only kidding about her being the most qualified. There are two Sgt's that come to mind here. One of them in D-1 and one in CID (BS). If one of these two get the spot we will all be able to applaud the command staffs decision.

    BS in D1 or Acting Lt. JM r the only real qualified people that put in for the job if the bosses pick anyone else it's all about the vaccum effect.

    Acting LT JM from CID was promoted and got the job! Lets see how he does. I hear that he is a micro manager but who knows in an agency full of rumors. Hopefully he looks out for his troops and not just himself. Good luck JM
