Matrix Consulting Audit is Back and CONA goes for it
Matrix Consulting has issued it's DRAFT audit report back to the city, so glad the Average Joe Citizen will have to HUNT it down and then sign their life away and pay to get a copy!!!!!!!
And this just in the PIO is making public comments about the CONA Meeting last night
http://blogs.creativeloafing.com/blurbe ... -politics/
and the taxpayers seem to want answers, to the following questions
Why is the St. Pete Cheifs pay (base) $ 53,611.20 more than Tampa?
Why are the St. Pete Asst. Cheifs pay (base) 34,646.33 more than Tampa?
Why are the St. Pete Majors pay (base ) $ 27,327.69 more than Tampa?
Can we TALK about it ? There is something to talk about !!! Lower tax bills

I say YES! the Sheriff could not only police the City cheaper it could be more effective!!!!! The problem in St Pete is the crooked politics. Its the staff within the SPPD that are reaping benefits from the lack of enforcement!!!! We have some dirty people running this place. Its time for a change.

Question
Where do I go and how do I obtain a copy of this draft report? Is it even available in Public Records under the Florida Sunshine Rule? It seems Metro-Dade could be a building block for METRO-PINELLAS

That's easy, he pays his officers less and hires less of them.

The pay here..... is in the red
Tampa Officer
Starting pay = 19.45 hr
10 steps - step 10 = 28.35
Master Officer = 31.60
SPPD Officer
Cadet = 15.80
newly hired sworn Ofc = 19.38
11 steps @ step 10 = 27.33
@ step 11 = 28.28

Maybe another secret WHY we lost two officers today to another agency!
Maybe it's time to trim some fat off the pork
------with respect to Jimmy McKinnon-----------------------
Two officers were sitting across the street at Ferg's and observed some activity. Said one officer to another.......

Thanks for the correction TPD
I went searching and found that data on your current recruitment site.
Someone over on the east side of the Bay should hurry up and update your site.
We just did!
Google SPPD and you'll find we've got two happy smiling faces just bringing in tons of talent.
Multi-DiS-Diversity at the peak of it's impotence !
Unfortunately the Cheeze's photo (an obvious photo-op, during his resume period) needs some updating. May I offer my services......?
Currently there's a little bit of Dun-lop
If ya' know what I mean....going on around the midsection.
The true Chucky's back !!! And he's Bad.
As of 05172007 No Joke will go unpunished !!!
So speak very quietly...........
Did you hear the one about Picasso ? OOOPS !!
Can I make fun of myself ?
I guess I better wait to receive training from one of the 5 cadets remanded to creating a lesson plan prior to the end of their probation.
Which brings me back to ask.......Why are the two recruiters smiling ?
Was an inside joke mentioned?
I think that one might have been.
My perspective is my reality !!
They can't possibly be that happy working for SPPD !
Unless they know the SPECIAL SECRET !!
Or ???? Is it all ~ ~ ~ ~ JUST ONE BIG JOKE ????
I might just be offended !!!
