People are always playing with numbers on this board, how about figure this one out.
How many officers leave the SPPD for the PCSO? How many do so and then come back to the SPPD?
Now, how many deputies leave the PCSO and come to the SPPD?
The grass at the PCSO may have to be "mowed" but at least it hasn't been paved over like at the SPPD.
