Can anyone explain why a certain instructor named after a Billiard establishment was teaching the Narcotic ID course at the Port last week? Wasnt he one of the tainted individuals that was taken down and prosecuted during the Delta scandal? Wow only in poe dunk Manatee County can this crap happen in this day and age.

fhp is good training for working an accident. but crime prevention? what is his experience. does he have any education or background? or is he like all the other mental giants without higher education? does anyone really responsible for combating crime have any formal education that could lead this county out of the quagmire of crime left by CW and all his people still in place who dont want an outsider taking a real look at how poorly managed the mso was and will probably be?
