my wife was at the target on pines blvd when she exited with a few to many purchased items. the detail ofc. observed that she needed help and approached and assisted her to her car . he also stood by until she drove away .....he went out of his way and i am thankful ... he also didnt know that i was a cop ....i just wanted to say thanks and i have his name and i will be sending a letter of praise thanks guys
