    You need to look around if you do not think gangs are here in East TN. Kingsport is having alot of problems out of them, and they are slowly making their way down here. My son went to Science Hill and if you pay attention to the Mall at night, you will see the actual gang members. The GROWN UP gang members. That are spending time at the high schools recruiting.
    They think we are back woods and stupid.
    And if we are not careful, THEY will win.
