Just look at the new laws that came out. GW Bush made it possible for all full time and retired LEOs to carry anywhere in the USA. And you can even fly armed if you so wish all you have to do is have your department send a teletype to the TSA and you take a letter from your chief authorizing you to fly armed.

    Dude, are you serious?

I'd like to know WHO is going to any MOS a letter authorizing flying with a gun onboard the plane?

    Try NO ONE!

I don't believe anyone can carry a firearm on a plane unless they are an on duty cop following up on an investigation where time is of the essence. Even then, it's at the discretion of the pilot.

It would be nice though if our Government would accept a certain number of Officers from every agency in an air Marshall school. Discount the price, or just let 'em fly for free and you'll have security on every single flight.

The Supreme Court has ruled that cities and states cannot violate the Second Amendment right to bear arms when they enact gun control laws. By a 5-4 vote, the Court held that Americans have the right to own a gun for self-defense anywhere they live, and it asked the lower court to decide whether Chicago's 28-year-old ban on handguns is constitutional.
