    North Port to install red light cameras?
    NORTH PORT -- Who would be responsible for paying a ticket if a traffic camera snaps a picture of a rental car cruising through a red light? Or if a commercial vehicle from out of state is caught in the intersection when the light switches from yellow to red?

    And how will appeals be handled if a motorist disputes the citation?

    Those are some of the questions to which North Port police Capt. Robert Estrada sought answers when he took a recent trip to the Panhandle to research...
