The issue here really stems back to the first time he worked west side. He was switched to east side for being caught at his residence one too many times and not telling the truth as to his whereabouts. I think we all remember Lt. Walker's tactics for resolving this. It was tried and true in this case also. In addition, this deputy was known to back into "waiting places" to allow 94 to arrive first. He would take the 47 though, must give him that. It was well known that he was afraid of the west thirtians also, guess that was the final straw for him. Best of luck to him in Washington state as a fish and wildlife individual.
