13th check

Does anyone know when the 13th check will be paid. Looking at the retirees website, they are strangly quiet about the loss in DCA. I would hope even they now know this is a lost cause.

Couldn't you just ask about the 13th check without the smarta$$ remarks? We'd all like to get our rightfully due 13th check. Unless of course, you're looking to stir the pot as usual :twisted:

you must be one of that group, and the reason we have not gotten the the 13th check. I hope you are all made to repay the monies you cost our pension....

My guess that until the retiree's attorney signs a letter stating there will be no more appeals, the 13th check will not be paid. It appears that some of the retiree's have waived a white flag but, we will have to wait until the board of directors of the retiree's votes to stop all appeals. Folks don't count on the checks any time soon, knowing this bunch of idiots.
