All of our helicopters are gone and have been for several years. The only aircraft we use now is Cessna 182's and a twin engine plane for command staff.

I work Troop H Madison district and there is 1 trooper for 3 counties here too. Well over 2000 square miles,about 50 miles of Interstate 10 and we work everything that happens outside the city limits...
