The pay raise for this year is:

5th year people --> 3% + 2% = 5%

1, 2, 3, 4, 6,7,8,9 year people --> 3%

10+ years people --> 3% + 3% = 6%

Get used to it, buddy. We will NEVER get a funded step plan. So, to those of us still do the best job possible and who can still find contentment given that the pay will never match other LEO...
