No problem, I get defensive when people accuse the zone guys of being lazy. I can only vouch for two of the districts, and only the night shift, but in both instances they are stand up individuals...

Silly? Yes and no.....
Is it silly to have a blanket statement that R2's must have cites co-signed? I don't think so as there is a wide range of competency in the program. I'd rather them lock it down than have one...
