I ran into a TPD Office I know who just by chance is working in their personnel office. TPD is in the process of changing that policy as they were getting to many rejects from other agencies.

Prior to my retirement the in-service PAA was developed by FDLE/Police Standards with a recommendation of a time I think was around 6:04, and yes the course was a joke.

Remember that the PAA you take for employment is not the same PAA that the State wants you to pass every year. The yearly mandate can be done walking at a fast pace in about 4 minutes.
