The intel from SIPD is that the K9 guy and chief run the department while the rest of the lost staff are in Disney World.
Embarrassing. A department no bigger than a high school classroom can't even get its act together to run sufficiently. And who do you guys need LT's? That's a waste of money and resources. Ofc, Sgt, Capt, and Chief is all you need.Quote:

I agree GBPD could be run by a Sgt. for each shift, one Capt. and the Manager should be assigned as the Safety Director. Since he already oversees the daily operations anyway.
The intel and truth of the matter is that the K-9 officer runs the department with the Chief. If the Chief would listen to the K-9 guy the department would shine and bring in quality officers with experience.
