Begin The Drug Testing

Time to stop acting blind or turning cheeks, like the city of Miami has been put in the lime light (As Usual) MDPD needs to start random drug testing from the Top Down, less Camara spending and more Drug testing. Don’t wait for them to be caught at a club snorting coke or drinking X, we all remember the well connected super star detective caught buying coke in the grove or the other one arrested who drove around miami in a patrol car crashing it but still working here. There are plenty of others who been caught and swept under the rugs.

You make a good point. More money on drug testing would be more beneficial to the department and community than these cameras. It would weed out a lot of bad apples

The fish rots from the head. A department ran by a clown and a cast of jesters is a house of cards waiting to fall. This director plugs holes here and there but this department is headed to a bigger embarassment than the River cops of the 1980s. The examples and lack of discipline by our superiors leave a lot to be desired; therefore, the grunts are running amok. In other words, the whores are now running the whorehouse.
