MDPD, HPD and MCSO officers sued

Here is the lawsuit I have been waiting to be properly filed.

Circuit Court of Appeals dismissed the lawsuit and ruled there WAS probable cause.....meaning the cops were dirty and the arrests were justified. Where is all that talk now?

Read the case. There was no ruling of probable cause.

Case was dismissed because of an idiot attorney who didnt file papers on time, and *****ed what he did file.

The case was never heard in the merits.
