2 NPPD officers Rape Victim On Duty

Looks like the North Port (FL, of course) Police Dept is a pretty farked up agency. One officer commits suicide, the surviving female officer now facing charges of sexual batter & false imprisonment after raping a woman at a party. The female was off duty, & the male officer was on duty & stopped by the party for a threesome.
The on-duty officer handcuffed the party's host, & lead her into her bedroom. There, the female officer began kissing the party's host while the male officer removed her pants, inserted his fingers into her vagina, & performed oral sex on her.

She ran out of the room crying & said that she was violated.

Now NPPD has one deceased officer & one facing 2 serious felony charges.
