Man, I tell ya, what is going on with this department? We just lost Off. B because of his high citizen complaints and his IA's. Now we have Off. H on the block because of her high citizen complaints and IA's.

My thing is any of the Officers that are willing to come on scene with a senior guy and take paper, are all right by me. I know nobody in the 200, 300 or 400 Lima's are going to do that, they know know better.
