Does the Largo Police Department actually know what the city limits are? Or do your officers just lie on your arrest affidavits, reports and citations about things occurring in the City of Largo? Because you may think your operating under the mutual aid agreement, but I would be absolutely shocked to see it ever referenced in the countless stops, searches and arrests your officers do outside of the city limits.
