Another disgraceful black eye for PBA. And, if that wasn’t bad enough he was appointed by Steadman Stahl. The guy has been previously arrested and fired and has multiple investigations, some which resulted in serious discipline, and his police license suspended.

Truly, what goes through Steadman Stahl head when he makes decisions like this and Shiver and others? Please explain how these are appropriate decisions.

What did you expect? He was one of the officers drinking during the hurricane party. Didn’t learn his lesson then or now.
