Rambosk illegally allowed Carmine Marceno to wear a gun and badge, when Carmine was an uncertified deputy at the Collier County Sheriff's office. Tim Brown of the Washington Standard investigated this issue, nobody can produce Carmine Marcino's Florida Law Enforcement Certification. Rambosk illegally allowed a uncertified pretend cop to wear a badge, carry a gun and illegally arrest folks. THIS IS A FELONY FOR BOTH RAMBOSK AND MARCENO.
