The case against him was politically inspired without a legal basis. :rolleyes:
Ask ALVIN what Peterson should have done at the scene and if he was right to stay outside. Ask him if the criminal charges were justified.Quote:

The arrest was a travesty of justice. It will be interesting to see if the case is a nolle prose or a weird plea deal or a jury trial. I am deeply saddened that he was arrested as a political scapegoat.Quote:

Due to Dorian coverage, this story has been pushed to the back burner. I did see online at Local 10 yesterday a small piece about his attorney's request to the judge to have the case thrown out. He looked tired, sad, and beat down. Whatever you think of him and his actions that day, can't help but to know that he is being used as a scapegoat and many more besides him should be facing charges, or removed from their positions(sworn and civilian). This case will set some major precedent for our careers. Stay tuned ..
