So command staff has the bright idea to kick the raiders (one of the few units still active in this dump of a city ) out of their office all because the public affairs unit needs bigger office space?!.

We have a command staff that has zero time in patrol. They have all spent their times in specialized units, none of which required them to be pro active. They have no idea how to solve crimes, they are paper pushers. They are all waiting to enter the drop.Quote:
