Teen falls from Wishing Rock

PASADENA - An 18-year-old man fractured his arm after falling 20 feet from the historical Wishing Rock in Pasadena early this morning, county fire officials said.

The teen was hanging out with friends on the rock, on Wishing Rock Road, around 1:15 a.m. when he fell.

He was walked out of the site by his friends and taken to BJ's Wholesale Club on Ritchie Highway to call for paramedics.

The teen was taken by ambulance to Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore and treated for an open compound fracture to his arm and a possible neck injury.
