Taylor County Dispatcher Fired, Wrong Directions to Crash?

Couple weeks ago a dispatcher sent all units including fire to the south end of the county when the crash was located to the north. Several minutes of response time lost due to error. Vehicle caught fire and burned, fatal ending. Question is, if she had given the correct information would it have resulted in a different outcome for the driver? Has this been addressed? How long has she been on the job? Do the dispatchers receive proper training or any recognized training at all? Will the sheriff step up to the plate and take corrective action? These are questions that must be asked. Now or when the family has their day in civil court with the county. Hope they got copies of the 911 and radio tapes.
