Hiring Process Questions

Hi.

I'm looking to apply. Just have some questions hopefully someone can truthfully answer.

How is the moral?
Is it a micromanagement agency?
What is starting pay?
Are shifts 12 hours?
How is promotion and how long before trying to promote?
Is there off duty details or overtime that are readilyavailable?
Is there a shift bid, and if so isn't every year or six months?
How is the call volume?
Do you usually have time for self initiatives?
Is it a private retirement or FRS?
If private, is it 20 years and out?

I know its a lot if questions, but i am just trying to figure out where to apply to...
