Chinese Police, violent subject control tools

By pressing the clamp onto the subjects leg, you can then pull , push or twist the pole to force the subject to the ground. The second tool is a long handle body fork that is used to pin a subject to the ground. These tools would appear to be very useful to gain control of the type of psychotic or drugged subject that may resist the effects of a tazer or pepper spray.
