Florida Bar Association to investigate PBA leaks

After receiving numerous complaints of improper release of client-attorney privileged information, the Florida bar association has launched an investigation into the practices of the PBA.
Apparently, several times different members went to the PBA for legal assistance on various different matters only to see the administration (s) to have the info provided only to the PBA. In some cases, almost word for word was divulged to the very brass the officers’ were having difficulties with.
If you are one of those where information was leaked contact the Florida Bar Association to report them.

Investigators from the bar did find incidents where the PBA leaked sensitive information but no one has heard what will happen next.
