A DFC Has a pay scale getting to a cap of 33.4 k or the potential of a 67% pay increase before being capped! SMH! Nothing makes sense! You raised starting pay thousands but did nothing for the most senior officers here! You are a liar and you have just shown who you are! Where’s the money really going!
