A Phony & Fake as a Leader for Blacks.

I as a African Americans it Very offensive that The PBA ( Without my opinion) puts Jenkis. in their site during Black history month. Why would we pick the most Unmoral, devious fake person, from our department who lies on a Consistent Basis, is known to steal ( and still does) when there’s so many Good, strong black men on this dept. Who are full of character and morals to represent us during Black history. Another poor decision from the PBA!
