Joe Hess is an old man and could still take out that gym rat MMA t-shirt clown in training. I remember when Rocky came out. After seeing that movie, everyone instantly became a badass boxer. There are people who worked at the public safety building since this punk liar was getting arrested for fraud. He is personally teaching them what a hostile working environment is by screaming and berating them at every turn. They are becoming experts on the subject.
