True colors

Ladies and gentleman of the police department. It amazes me how certain employees of the police department can walk around with their heads up their asses and continue to turn a blind eye to all the shady garbage that goes on. This administration runs the show with the philosophy that intimidation will keep everyone in line. We have supervisors that should be in ia's for things that have been swept under the table (such as a dui in a fast food drive-thru) and we have people that are and have been in ia's that shouldn't be. Not only do we have to watch our backs on the street but our admin will not hesitate to hang you. If you dont mind being their robot then stay and you shall succeed. If you know what a steamy bag of dog shit their selling then get the hell out asap.

Those that are turning a blind eye are part of the problem. Everyone that thinks it is wrong should stand together and confront the issues head on.

Empty accusations

People always come on here and bag the admin, which is expected and probably deserved one way or the other but if you're going to levy accusations, grow a pair and be specific?! It's not like everyone doesn't know everything around here anyway. You use one cryptic example of dirty policy sidestepping and expect others to have sympathy? Lay it down all out or don't say anything at all.
