I was wondering if anyone can help me answer these qustions?

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could assist me in finding the information for the Illinois State Police.

1. How are the officers schedules? For example, 5/8s, 4/10s, or 3/12s?
2. What union do they have for their civilian personnel?
3.How long are officers assigned to the same area? And how do you change your area? Is it through shift bids or seniority?
4. Can you give me a list of ranks? For example, director, special agents, Sargent,officer?
