How can we get a Knoxville PD forum started
Email Chip DeBlock at chip@leoaffairs.com and ask him. We won't start-up a forum unless someone agrees to be a moderator, preferably someone from "the inside" who knows everybody at the department and who is "in tune" with what is going on. Starting up a forum is hard because everybody in your department has to be notified about its existance. There are other things that a moderator has to do to make his or her forum a success, but they won't be disclosed here. It does take some work, which surprises some new moderators.Quote:
