What an F'ed up FTO Program FAU Police Dept has. Inconsistent training. Poor FTOs. The Lt. doesn't know how to schedule training shifts. FAU FTO training includes new certified officers sitting behind the glass window at the front lobby doing nothing for hours because the Lt. forgot to schedule an FTO for a shift. What a joke.
If you don't like it here than leave. You're probably a horrible trainee and recruit. Probably why they had you at the window. Go back to making bread crumbs.
The trash trainees work the windows. So it's not FTO program. It's you. Smh
You have to admire all the selfies taken by the best FTO in the department. I guess a selfie training class is mandatory.
Why did the two new school district retreads get released from their FTO training four weeks earlier than the other new hires? That isn't the usual practice for any other certified new officer coming onto this department. Once again, no continuity or integrity in our FTO program run by an ineffective LT. So let's make Delancy a Captain so he can muck up more things.Those two retreads must attend the same church the chief and his four church ladies do to get that special treatment.
