How can this guy hide under the whistle-blower act of the Officer in question didn't do anything wrong?
When Officer AD gets cleared off any wrong going Officer FD should get disciplined for doing this.
Our department needs to address this and take care of this matter ASAP. If not, where is it going to stop?
