Funny you say the complainant brought narcotics evidence to you on one date but you did not collect it until 2 months later? But hey I am charged with "failing to collect evidence? In your report you said factually that; Leca lied about a doctors appointment and that a specific person named "Pat Murray" said leca was a walk in patient. Did you ask her for a statement? NO! I did and she sent me one indiacting you were "less than truthful" in that representation. On an On.
