How is it that some people have to crawl, fight, struggle, and work their asses off to get to the top in law enforcement while others can just walk in the door and just given promotion after promotion just because their father, mother, uncle, or relative is somebody higher up in the department? This is exactly how we get supervisors and administrators that don't know shit running departments and giving orders.
