I agree. It’s a must to implement system to secure every employees safety in the workplace. It must have include the procedure for employees that’re working early and leaving late and for the night shifters and most especially for the ones who work alone or in isolation who are exposed to a higher safety risk.

Yes i do agree, Employer should conduct safety awareness to employ to produce protective work place. since in India a lot of safety training institute providing safety course and certification course, easily can learn NEBOSH, IOSH, fire & Safety and industrial safety course. many training institute offer safety course in distance education. fire and safety courses in distance education
