Who wants to bet that the “target” date for bidding will come and go and no schedule will be released. They only had since August to prepare so we should go easy on them. Or maybe they will wait until another’s holiday to blame their shortcomings on.

Take it easy people! It’s obvious that he is a very sensitive baby. If he wasn’t he could just promote someone and allow the department to plan their lives. His ego is so fragile, like a little girl, he would rather make everyone suffer than have to possibly deal with someone who has a set of balls.
