Drunk Major gets rewarded

Major C gets rewarded with going to Puerto Rico and awarded a Hispanic Heritage award after having to be rescued drunk during Hurricane Irma and making sexual advances on a female detective. Way to go Major C... way to represent the Hispanics of this department.

And the hits keep on coming ! ................ Sigh ....
