Why is FDLE not investigating public corruption in Hialeah?

After Hialeah chief Sergio Velazquez learned Sgt Jesus Menocal was raping women and children while in uniform, he interfered with IA investigations and allowed Menocal to continue to rape FRO YEARS. There is evidence Menocal was the bag man for Velazquez and Mayor Hernandez. Newspapers all over the USA have written about this over the years.

What the hell has the FDLE done about this for the last 4 years???

Multiple women and children raped and murdered by Hialeah cops....and FDLE ignores!

At least 6, but video shows probably more than 12, Hialeah women and children raped. One complainant, Suzy Betancourt, possibly murdered. While victims came forward to report the monstrosities committed by Hialeah Sgt Menocal his Chief Velazquez squashed the IA findings and allowed Menocal to continue raping citizens under color for 4 years. Menocal would collect the bribes for Velasquez who would send it up to corrupt Mayor Carlos Hernandez.

Yes, the FBI arrested Menocal but did not expand the investigation into Velazquez and Hernandez who facilitated Menocals crimes to protect their bagman. Yet FDLE ignores it like it never happened. You guys really suck!

So in 2016 you idiots went and investigated the chief's harassment of a local marina repair business but couldn't prove the case?

Then you dropped the football when the same chief refused to take his bag man off the street for 4 years despite the large number of complaints of forced sex "under color" by several women and children?

The FBI had to come in and do your job for you?

And you refuse to look into the payola business run by the chief and mayor?

It reminds me of when you investigated the corruption in Sweetwater, called the city an organized criminal organization and then only arrested one cop.

Investigate Hialeah?

Hell, we can't even investigate Mark B (SAC TBROC) for his embezzling wife ($700,000.00 from St Johns County, Fl) into their SHARED bank account. I wouldnt count on us to do anything but look down on you and stay at home scared.
