Shot 6 Times After Reporting Sex With an On-Duty Cop

Amy Bramuchi says she believes police shot her six times in retaliation for reporting a fellow officer last year for having sex with her on duty. After 17 years on the force, that Alpharetta, Ga. officer, Dan Dreslinski, resigned shortly after Bramuchi’s report. Police showed up at her door after a friend reported that she might be suicidal. Sleeping pills prevented her from hearing their arrival. When they forced their way in, she ran to grab her own firearm before they opened fire, hitting her six times.
