But be honest. Tell them how you mismanaged the budget, as a Captain and Chief. Tell them about how you mishandled grants, like MPACT, ERCM and others. Tell them how you botched the overtime, as a Captain and most recently, as our former and disgraced Chief, and was criticized in an audit and in the media, for highly questionable practices, bordering on fraud, waste, abuse and misuse. Tell them about your extensive department paid travel, as well as that of the other dingleberries, who were your clique. Tell them about some of the stupid initiatives you brought here, like My Life My Power, online trainings and other useless garbage. Tell them if you hired and/or compensated friends and family, in any way. Tell them about your personal business dealings.
Tell them and be honest.
