Ok but did he lie about it. Did he get convicted? I remember the prostitution Detail was a scam to get arrest. It was done on overtime and the female decoy officers Would compete among themselves to see how many arrests they will get. Of course a lot of innocent people would get arrested as part of the competition. It was a numbers game

So then take it to court, instead took a plea. My problem is don't throw the rock in the glass house. Not the arrest.
