Truth, accomplishments, politics, and fashion not his forte
Steadman Stahl seems to have great difficulty telling the truth. No matter the subject he tell stories to shed a positive light in himself but factually dishonest.
Stahl keeps repeating that “we have done so much” blah, blah, blah but cannot specify what exactly he, or they have done. A 1% across the board wage increase is no accomplishment, especially when all other unions got the exact same and for it before we did. We merely rode their coattails. Yes, law Enforcement rode the coattails of sanitation workers, bus drivers. Water and sewer workers. Not much of an accomplishment.
We’ve seen how horrible the PBA is at picking Politicians and we have witnessed repeatedly the paralysis that comes with PBA leadership fears of politics. Quite honesty their knowledge is non existent- they are flying by the seats of their pants. They have no fight in their souls.
And fashion! Well this is an area that some might say what’s that got to do with anything but it has a lot to do with success. See it’s human nature to gravitate to those who are more successful than yourself and as such when a slob, disheveled, poor speaking person tries to pursuade you into their thinking of a particular issue you tends not to go along with that person. Steadman is just that disheveled, slob we are referring to. Hell, Greenwell fits the liar description, the self serving description, and a bag of hot air BUT he dresses decently and at least gives an appearance that he is successful. But Steadman Stahl-no way.
Look at every picture he is in. Sure most are either selfies, props, self-serving but all have a similar look- slobbish.
Look at the recent HEAT (which no longer comes every month- I guess they don’t have much to say to us). Look on page 19 where Stahl is pictured with Saavedera. Look at Stahl’s’ tie. What the phuck is that look? Can’t he tie his tie correctly. And, by the looks of Saavedera, it was some kind of black tie affair. Do his friends stay quite when they see Stahl like that? If so, then they apt to let a bugger hang rather than tell Stahl he has something on his face or hanging from his nose.
He looks exactly like people, especially politicians, take him for - a Gomer Pyle.
That’s why we as a unit MUST ride the coattails of other unions, like sanitation adn sewer workers.
